Get ready to sweat, stretch, and smile in this yoga flow sequence class that will build your physical and mental strength, flexibility, and balance. 

This yoga flow class will include elements of cardio, strength training, and stretching to holistically increase your fitness level while still incorporating the mind-body connection inherent in yoga. 

This is an all-levels class; options will be provided for you to choose from based on your fitness level.  Everyone is welcome. 

Weights and resistance bands may be used but are completely optional.

First class free

8 € per class

70 €  for a pack of 10 classes to be used within 3 months

120 € for a pack of 20 classes to be used within 6 months

Marci Otranto

A Paris-based certified yoga instructor,  Marci's  courses focus on the relationship that is built between the mind,  the body, and the breath. 

Connecting individuals to the practice through concise instruction, creative sequencing, and authentic teaching style, Marci uses yoga to help students create space within the body to find freedom and release.
