Activities are finally starting up again, from fitness classes to language classes to events! Read more to find out the latest...
The fitness room
ALORA members may access the ALORA fitness room in the Marshall Building (open from 8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday).
La Muette ALORA activity rooms
The La Muette ALORA activity rooms are open and fitness classes are taking place. Here is the new class schedule. More information on fitness class descriptions and contact information may be found on the ALORA website.
Language classes are beginning too, in person and virtually, depending upon the class. Contact the teachers for more information on English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and Japanese classes.
Boulogne ALORA activity rooms
After several years of heavy renovation, a new 200m² space
on -1 level is being finalised and we are hopeful that it will
be available for activities in the very near future.
We will of course keep you informed as soon as
we have any additional information.
IMPORTANT: You need a valid medical certificate to practice any ALORA sport activities, including the fitness room.

Join colleagues for lunchtime football at La Muette and at Boulogne.
At La Muette, matches take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:30-1:30 pm.
At Boulogne, matches happen on Monday and Thursday between 12:30-1:30 pm.
A great way to meet others and keep fit. All levels welcome.

The ALORA Musicians will be presenting a winter concert some time in December.
Singers and instruments are welcome. In particular we are looking for a pianist to accompany the singers.
Rehearsals are twice a week at lunchtime - once at La Muette, once in Boulogne.
Suggestions for songs are also welcome.

Street art in the Tuileries Tunnel

Since July 2022, a dozen residing artists have turned the 860 m long pedestrian Tunnel des Tuileries into an open air gallery. It is a genuine masterpiece covered in colours and murals.
The selected artists are: Andrea Ravo Mattoni, Bault, Erell, Hydrane, Jussi TwoSeven, Lek & Sowat, Madame, Romain Froquet, Sifat and WAR!

Modo Yoga Paris 11
Join Kirk Baltz (Reservoir Dogs, Dancing with Wolves, NCIS, Natural Born Killers, etc.) and Naty Bienvenu for an incredible two day workshop for Paris actors (pros and non-pros), around dreams and how to develop a more instinctive acting craft that is more connected to our deep emotions.
Dreams can send us simple and direct messages leading to immensely creative, intuitive, insightful work. Through relaxation exercises and breath work, we will connect to our inner & intuitive self, and let ourselves follow the flow of our dreams, free from expectations and noises from the monkey-mind. We will then explore acting choices and character’s needs.
This workshop will be in English and French and it is designed for all levels of actors, and both those who are familiar and unfamiliar with dreamwork.
ALORA members benefit from a special price until 1 October (250€ instead of 275€).
